Run. Just Run.

Spring is here and with it is my motivation. 

“Oh! Hello there, Motivation! I’ve missed you since, uh, Thanksgiving was it?  You really shouldn’t be such a stranger!”

I am so thankful for Daylight Saving time.  The sun is still up when I get home from work and the pavement has been calling my name.  I’ve laced up my sneakers everyday this week and it feels GREAT.  I’ve gotten back into the running grove these past few weeks, quickly shedding 12lbs of what I call my “winter weight”,  you know, that layer that keeps you warm during the Snowmageddon that was this past January/February?  Um, yeah… riiiight.
